By using BrainAPI, you agree to these terms.

Service Access

• You are responsible for protecting your API keys.
• You must not abuse the service, bypass controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
• We may suspend keys for security abuse or policy violations.

Billing and Trials

• New keys may include a free trial period.
• After trial expiry, paid status is required to continue using protected endpoints.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay or supported processors.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime.
